I am just stunned. I can’t believe that I am alive at a time when the first bi-racial person has been elected the President of the United States of America. I’ve been a supporter of Barack Obama since the primaries, but it’s just unreal to think that Obama is going to be our next president. I have some video of us when the networks called the race for Obama, and I’ll post it tomorrow. Right now, I just want to soak in the reality of this moment.

November 4, 2008 at 10:46 pmIt’s a great feeling to experience such a historic moment. I hope this signals change in the lack of diversity we’ve had in the White House. I hope in eight years there will also be gender diversity.

November 5, 2008 at 3:05 pmI admit. I went to bed long before this news came out. I woke up in the middle of the night and realized that I must know now, so I woke up Eric so he’d tell me.
YAY!
