Hi Kids!

Busy week this week — no doubt due to the fact that this is my first full week back at work and I’m doing a few things over at Pop Dose.  Earlier in the week I did a post where I mentioned the public affairs show I did on the mortgage meltdown. Well, I finally got around to uploading it as a podcast for you to, um, enjoy?

    This is all depressing because of our whole home sale attempt/failure. Sigh. But it DOES seem like a great time to buy, if you’re a first time home buyer.

    I read some advice for buyers and sellers the other day, and the advice for buyers was to be agressive and ask for a lot, and the advice for sellers was, if you don’t HAVE to sell, hold on and wait, because the market sucks for sellers right now.

    Duh.

    Yeah, and when you add all the corruption of the buying and selling process into the mix…well, it just makes you want to rent.
