A celebration!

It’s been a weird week (and it’s only Tuesday).  I started working as a contractor for a media company doing some directing and editing for a TV show that’s set to air Thanksgiving weekend.  It’s been a LOT of work — especially as the air date approaches.  While some of the work is satisfying, it’s also very stressful at times.

But thank the Hindu gods it’s Diwali! The festival of lights that celebrates the triumph of good over evil.  Or, if you’re swamped with work, the triumph of “Miller Time” over “Punching the clock.”  So light some candles, have a big Indian food feast, and light up the night in celebration of Diwali.
