Near where I live there’s a apartment complex that also is zoned for businesses. In this “Transit Village” there’s a open area that has a nice feature that sprays mist (for hot days, I’m guessing). Well, today it’s raining (heavy at times) and what do you know? The misting system is working. Why? It must be like the automatic sprinkler systems that come on rain or shine.
