Today is my daughter’s 12th birthday. Julie wrote a very nice post about Maya on her blog (you can read it HERE). For the past couple of years, I’ve been doing a little slide show called “______ Years of Monkey,” with the “______” being the place where I fill in the year. The last couple of years I used the song “My Baby” by the Pretenders, but this year I thought “Hope” by Rush was a nice choice (the obvious choice, “The Main Monkey Business” was a little too “rock” for the kind of photos in here). So, if you’ve seen this slide show before, you’ll see a lot of the same pics. However, toward the end, there are some new ones. Enjoy!
